Results are explained by your doctor — at a results appointment or a video call. Our team can tell you when they are ready, never the values.
Repeat prescriptions are requested from your treating doctor; you hear back within 24 hours. Our pharmacy at the hospital is open 24 hours.
Video consultations for follow-ups, results and minor complaints — not for anything that needs an examination.
Visiting hours 10:00–22:00, two visitors per patient. Intensive care: two visitors at a time, no children under 12.
Our team speaks English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, French, German and Russian; interpreters for other languages are free.
